Barbara O'Neill

Barbara O'Neill is an Australian natural-health educator, author, and speaker whose books, lectures, courses, retreats, and social channels present lifestyle, nutrition, self-care, hydrotherapy, herbal/natural-remedy, and faith-oriented health concepts. Her current official site presents Barbara and Michael O'Neill's mission as helping people work with the body to experience excellent health, clear minds, and connection with the Creator, and it links to events, courses, video lectures, distributors, contact forms, and retreats.

Her work is controversial. On September 24, 2019, the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission issued a permanent prohibition order after finding that she provided health advice beyond her training and made unsupported claims involving infant nutrition, cancer treatment, antibiotics, and vaccination. The HCCC specifically cited claims that cancer is a fungus that can be treated with bicarbonate soda and related wraps/dietary programs, and concluded that she posed a risk to public health and safety.
