Gina L. Mulligan is the award-winning author of the historical novels Remember the Ladies and From Across the Room, and the Amazon #1 bestselling nonfiction book Dear Friend: Letters of Encouragement, Humor, and Love for Women with Breast Cancer.
After her own breast cancer diagnosis, Mulligan founded Girls Love Mail, a national charity that collects handwritten letters for women with breast cancer. Founded in 2011, the charity has sent more than 170,000 letters of encouragement to women across the United States.
