Tropical fruit/tree supplement promoted as a cancer cure based on acetogenins and lab studies. Graviola, also called soursop or guanabana, is promoted online as an alternative cancer treatment. Cancer Research UK notes lab studies but no reliable human evidence for cancer treatment, with neurologic, liver, kidney, blood-pressure, and blood-sugar cautions.
