Pranayama includes a family of yogic breathing practices such as alternate-nostril breathing, slow breathing, Ujjayi, Bhramari, and Sudarshan Kriya-style cyclical breathing. Cancer-related studies usually evaluate quality of life, stress, anxiety, sleep, fatigue, and treatment-related symptom coping.
