Melatonin

Melatonin is a pineal and tissue-derived circadian hormone best known for sleep timing. In cancer discussions it is studied for circadian biology, antioxidant and mitochondrial effects, immune signaling, possible treatment-toxicity reduction, and light-at-night disruption. It is not a stand-alone cancer treatment. Connection to Cancer Melatonin is a hormone and signaling molecule produced by the pineal gland at night.
